Why does Woolfiller use personal data?

Woolfiller asks for personal data to complete and send your order. 

Where do we store personal data?

All personal data are being kept in a database, hosted by Yourhosting.nl. Woolfiller will also receive your order by email. 

How long do we save your personal data?

Woolfiller saves your personal data no longer than necessary. 
Emails containing personal data are deleted maximum 6 month after the order is completed. 
The database table with personal data is deleted every year.

Sharing of personal data with third parties

Woolfiller only provides personal data to third parties if required for the execution of our purchase agreement with you or if required by law.

Viewing, amending or removal of data

You have the right to view, correct, or remove your personal data. You can send such request to info@woolfiller.com.
You also have the possibility to issue a complaint at the Dutch regulator ‘de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens’.

Cookies and social media

On www.woolfiller.com and www.wolplamuur.nl general visitor data are recorded, including the IP-address of your computer and the time of request as well as data that your browser sends. These data are anonymized and will not be supplied to third parties. 
Woolfiller uses so-called ‘third-party cookies’. Cookies are used to remember your language of preference, and your shopping trolley. These are also deleted as soon as your browsing session ends. 
Humade does not use social media plugins.
